Meet our dedicated Office Manager here at Terrell Hills Dental, Sheri. With over 30 years of experience in the dental field and 20 in office management, Sheri is a native Texan. She brings a wealth of expertise to our practice, proficiently handling all aspects of dental operations including dental insurance, treatment planning, patient financing. She loves seeing our patients happy, excited and proud of their smiles.
Sheri thrives in her role alongside Dr. Emad Abdallah and our exceptional team, ensuring our patients receive top-notch care and service. Since joining Terrell Hills Dental in January 2024, she has been an integral part of our team, contributing to our commitment to excellence in dental care in San Antonio.
Outside of the office, Sheri enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her two adult sons and one grandson. She’s also a proud dog parent to Roux, her spoiled and very high energy Teddy Roosevelt Terrier. An avid lover of the beach and fishing, Sheri finds relaxation and joy in these outdoor activities and traveling. With roots in a large family, she values community and connection both professionally and personally.

Outside of her professional life, Elsa is a devoted wife and mother to two wonderful children, Alex and Ari. The family is also accompanied by their beloved dog, Buda. When not at work, Elsa enjoys traveling with her family!
Ahmed tiene 8 años de experiencia en el campo dental. Como gerente del consultorio dental de Terrell Hills, Ahmed se esfuerza por establecer una relación significativa con nuestros pacientes e impactar positivamente su salud y bienestar. Su amabilidad, compasión y mentalidad positiva marcan la diferencia en el servicio que reciben nuestros pacientes, ya sea cuando los vemos por primera vez, para citas de emergencia o durante el transcurso de su viaje con nosotros. A Ahmed le apasiona redefinir para mejor las expectativas de los pacientes en cuanto a su experiencia de visita al dentista.
Cuando está fuera de la oficina, Ahmed disfruta pasar tiempo con su familia. Entre sus aficiones se encuentran el boxeo, el canto y el baloncesto. Un dato curioso sobre Ahmed es que ha jugado baloncesto en la escuela secundaria, la universidad y profesionalmente en Marruecos.
Rico has 10 years of experience in the dental field. As the lead assistant at Terrell Hills Dental, Rico assists with major surgeries, shares his wealth of knowledge with our patients, and help train new assistants joining our practice. He also meets representatives from different dental equipment companies, to help find the best supplies for your dental needs. Rico is currently preparing himself for a hygiene program at Palo Alto College.
On his free time, Rico enjoys going to the gym, trying new restaurants, attending electronic dance music concerts!
Cristalise is the welcoming face at the front desk of Terrell Hills Dental, where she ensures that every patient feels valued and cared for. In addition to her role at the dental office, Cristalise proudly serves in the Army Reserves, expertly balancing her civilian and military commitments with dedication. Currently, Cristalise is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), driven by a desire to enhance her skills and contribute further to the healthcare field.
Born and raised in San Antonio, she remains committed to her community and personal growth, with a goal to make a positive impact wherever life leads her. Family holds a special place in Cristalise’s heart, particularly her two younger siblings with whom she loves spending time. Outside of her professional and military duties, she enjoys pursuing her passion for wrestling and relaxing with her beloved cat, Nala.
Heidy joined Terrell Hills Dental with 7 years of experience in the field. As one of our dental assistants, Heidy is passionate about ensuring all ours patients have a comfortable experience in the dental chair. Whether by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, or explaining post-treatment care, Heidy works diligently to ensure each patient has a seamless and stress-free dental visit. She also works meticulously to ensure the examination rooms are a clean and safe environment, meeting the highest standards of sterilization and infection control practices.
